Apple Spring Event 2022 is Now Official Will Take Place on March 8

Apple is gearing up to host its spring event 2022; Greg Joswaik, Senior Vice President of Apple confirmed the news recently. He shared a Twitter post stating “Peek performance. March 8th. See you there #AppleEvent”

It is no surprise that the Apple spring event is a virtual event where the company might launch the 3rd generation of the iPhone SE. The device will target the budget section of the smartphone segment. Plus, the device might be an entry-level device.

What to expect from Apple Spring Event 2022?

iPhone SE 2022

As discussed earlier, we might get to see the Apple iPhone SE’s launch during the event. It might feature a similar design to that of its predecessor with thick bezels and a home screen button housing a fingerprint scanner. Under the hood, it might feature the Apple A15 Bionic processor. As for software, it should come pre-loaded with iOS 15.4.

iPad Air 2022

We still don’t know much about the forthcoming Apple iPad Air 2022. However, it should come equipped with 5G connectivity, an upgraded chip, and smaller bezels.

M2 Apple Silicone

Apple has termed its spring event as “Peak Performance”. As a result, Apple might unveil the M2 Apple chipset, which is a powerhouse of a processor. In terms of performance, the chipset will be much faster than its predecessor or any other Apple chipset to date. What’s more, the chipset might share the same architecture as the M1 chipset. However, the GPU will feature a higher number of cores.

iOS 15.4

Apple iOS 15.4 has been under testing and Beta for several months now. So, we might get to see a stable variant release during the event. The new OS version comes with several new features, including the ability to unlock the device even when users are wearing a mask.
