LumaFusion Beta Version Now Available For Android Devices and Chromebooks

One of the most potent mobile editing programs, LumaFusion, has announced its availability on both ChromeOS and Android. It was previously exclusively accessible on Apple iOS. 

Although LumaFusion is still in beta on ChromeOS and Android, it is now accessible through the Google Play store and Samsung Galaxy Store as of today. What’s more, the developers might roll out a stable version before the end of the year. 

According to LumaFusion, the software’s ChromeOS and Android versions are totally new. The developers have to build them keeping each OS in mind.

Official Statement on the LumaFusion Android and ChromeOS versions

The company in an official statement said: “To ensure the highest possible quality and performance standards for LumaFusion on the ChromeOS and Android platform, LumaTouch assembled an additional team of experienced ChromeOS developers to focus on development for the new version”.

“While iOS, ChromeOS, and Android OS are vastly different operating systems that create a different experience for users, the LumaFusion for ChromeOS and Android development team took great strides to recreate the signature LumaFusion experience to ensure users will enjoy the same workflow on whichever device they choose.”

The new application is loaded with several features, including six video and audio tracks, a magnetic timeline, the ability to create presets and add markers, as well as cut, copy, and paste between projects. Additionally, it adds several effects like color correction tools, LUT support, time-lapse and slow and rapid motion, audio management, and more.

Moreover, the app offers layered titles with shapes and images as well as the option to change the font’s face, border, shadow, and color. Additionally, LumaFusion enables editors to work in framerates between 18 and 240 frames per second,. It also let them build projects with a variety of aspect ratios, and access video locally as well as through attached discs or those stored with cloud services.

The cost of LumaFusion for Android is currently 1,650 INR ($20) for a single purchase. However, it will cost 2,414 INR ($30) to those who choose to buy it later.
