Samsung launched PRO Plus and EVO Plus microSD and SD Cards

Samsung unveiled its next-generation microSD and SD cards, PRO Plus and EVO Plus on Tuesday. The cards offer faster speed, durability, better protection, and high performance than the previous memory cards.

The new microSD cards are made especially for professional and daily additional storage needs. Professionals like video creators, photographers, and content creators can use these high-performance cards.

The company said PRO Plus and EVO Plus cards will be perfect for additional storage which is required for capturing high-quality pictures, 4K Ultra HD (UHD) video2 in drones and cameras. Additionally, you can also use it for mobile phones storage.

PRO Plus and EVO Plus microSD offers 10 years of the limited warranty with high protection

The next generation PRO Plus and EVO Plus microSD cards provide 10 years of the limited warranty and offer six-proof protection which is greater than the previous generation by two extra layers. Samsung stated- “This makes them able to withstand water, extreme temperatures, x-ray, wear out, drops and magnetic impact,”

The read and write speeds of PRO Plus microSDs are up to 160MB/s and 120MB/s, respectively which offers the content creators an excellent performance. It’s available in three different storage options:128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.

The EVO Plus microSD comes with transfer speeds of up to 130MB/s which provides stable performance for everyday use. Where the sequential read speed is 1.3x faster than the previous version.

you will get the memory cards in four different storage capacities which are 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. These MicroSD cards are already available in the market.
