Samsung started pushing out a new One UI 3.1-based firmware update for the Galaxy Tab S7 series earlier this week. The update is carrying a few One UI 3.1.1 features with it. Although One UI 3.1.1 is still only available on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, several of the features that debuted with it have already been moved to the Galaxy S21 series. The Galaxy Tab S7 duo and Galaxy Tab S7 FE are now receiving the features.
Even though the version of One UI stays unaltered after the upgrade; the S7 series tablets now have access to the new Labs functionality that launched with One UI 3.1.1 on the Galaxy Z 3 foldable series.

A new persistent taskbar, as well as multi-window for programs that don’t support it natively, are added to the Labs section. This can significantly improve usability and efficiency.
The new update is rolled out with the firmware version T87xXXU2BUC6 for Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7+ owners. It’s currently being released in dozens of markets across the globe. The firmware for the Galaxy Tab S7 FE is T73xXXU1AUH6.
Owners of the Galaxy Tab S7 series and Tab S7 FE can get the new One UI 3.1-based firmware upgrade by tapping the update notification or going to the Settings app after it arrives. On the other hand, they can download the new update from the below link for free.
