Alongside Apple 13 lineup, Apple introduces two brand new iPads with some exciting features. The couple of new iPads include a 9th generation iPad and an iPad Mini with a brand new design.

The A13 Bionic chipset boosts the performance of the new iPad and gives better performance when compared to its predecessor.

Despite having the A13 Bionic chipset and better performance, it’s still recognized as one of the most affordable iPads.

Talking on iPad Mini, It features an 8.3-inch display with modern uniform bezels and a squarish design. The display is slightly larger than its previous model and the design is similar to other premium iPad from the company. But the main thrilling part of this iPad mini is its chipset which is the latest A15 Bionic.

Like the previous model of iPad 2021, here also you will get the same display size. But a  Bionic A13 chipset will be present at the core of this brand new tablet. 

If you can remember, this chipset was launched in 2011 and powers iPhone 11 lineup. Additionally, the Apple iPad comes with Neural Engine that enhanced machine learning-based features.

Coming to another improvement, Apple iPad is having a True Tone feature that automatically adjusts the color temperature of the display based on the ambient lighting to make the viewing more comfortable. As per Apple, it reduces the strain on the eyes.

The tablet comes with 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor at the front. And lastly, the rear position contains an 8-megapixel shooter.

The first-gen Apple pencil with this iPad makes it possible. Unlike iPhones, Apple’s new iPad will be shipped with charging brick. And it continues to support Apple’s lightning connector.

The new iPad comes in two elegant colors of Space grey and silver and is available in WiFi-only and WiFi_4G connectivity options.

The 64GB WiFi-only variant of the latest iPad will cost you Rs. 30,900 whereas the 256GB WiFi-only variant has a price of Rs. 44,900

You can also get the Wifi+4G connectivity models for both 64 GB and 256 GB storage variants. In this scenario, the price is Rs. 42,900 and Rs. 56,900 respectively.

We can easily say that this new iPad Mini was the star of the Apple annual launch event. The compact tablet features an 8.3-inch Retina display with slim bezels. Additionally, 500 nits of brightness and an anti-reflective coating are also present for a better screen experience.

It comes with a similar edge design as the iPhone 12 lineup.

The iPad Mini is powered by Apple’s brand-new A15 Bionic chipset. This new flagship chipset is expected to improved performance by 80 percent than its previous generation model.

As per the company’s claim, the performance of the iPad mini is 40 percent faster than its predecessor. The power button of the iPad has an integrated Touch ID which helps to lock-unlock the device quickly.

At the front, it has a 12 MP Ultra-Wide camera with a 122-degree field for video calling and like the iPad, it also comes with a center Stage feature. Coming on the rear side, it is also equipped with a 12 MP camera that supports smart HDR as well as 4K video recording.

The new iPad Mini has four attractive color options: Space Grey, Pink, Purple, and Starlight. The tablet also provides two choices- WiFi-only and WiFi+5G connectivity.

Price Range

The iPad Mini 64 GB with WiFi only variant costs Rs. 46,900 and for the 256 GB model, the cost is Rs. 60,900.

The WiFi+5G variant is also available in 64 GB and 256GB options. For these two variants, you have to pay 60,900 and Rs. 74,900 respectively.
