Redmi Has Released Watch 2 Lite in India With 1.55-inch Display

Earlier this morning, Xiaomi announced the Redmi Note 11 Pro series in India (9th March 2022). During the event, the firm also unveiled a new smartwatch, the Redmi Watch 2 Lite.

Redmi Watch 2 Lite features 

The Chinese tech giant’s new wearable is one of its lightest smartwatches ever, weighing only 35 grams. It has a 1.55-inch HD Edge Display with 2.5D curved glass and a maximum brightness of 450 nits. The built-in multi-system standalone GPS on the Watch 2 Lite is one of the device’s standout features, providing accurate positioning and improved positioning data for better monitoring when jogging and walking.

Other features of the watch, includes 5ATM water resistance, music control, camera control, weather alerts, and more. It also has SpO2 blood oxygen tracking, 24-hour heart rate mapping, sleep monitoring, female health-tracking, stress monitoring, and even breathing exercises, found in modern smartwatches. More than 100 training modes are available from the company, with some of them being auto-detected by the smartwatch. The wearable, in particular, has a battery life of up to 10 days on a single charge.

The Redmi Watch 2 Lite comes in three color options: ivory, black, and blue. Plus, it can be used with the Mi Fitness App or Xiaomi Wear partner apps. It even has over 120 watch faces, and the initial sale will take place on March 15, 2022. The Watch 2 Lite will be available for 4,999 INR (about 65 USD) through the company’s mi.com, Mi Home shop, Amazon India, Reliance Digital, and even its retail partners.
