Xiaomi is getting ready to update its gaming laptop Redmi G series with Redmi G 2021. The new laptop is a successor to last year’s laptop with the same name, and it will offer “invincible high-performance” to gamers, according to Xiaomi.
A recent update from Xiaomi offered more insights into the new product. For instance, now we know that all variants of the Redmi G 2021 laptops will feature a 16.1-inch super-smooth 144Hz gaming display.
However, it is important to note that the older generation also featured the same-sized display. It might be the case that the company might tweak the peak brightness and other display aspects.
Earlier, Xiaomi also revealed that all Redmi G 2021 gaming laptops will come equipped with an independent display direct connection. Apart from that, it will pack AMD Ryzen 7 5800H mobile processor coupled with the NVIDIA RTX 3060 processor. As per the company, the Redmi G 2021 with RTX 3060 is capable of reaching full power consumption of 130W. Moreover, the system will allow ray tracing for better visuals, thanks to the RTX GPU.
On top of that, the machine is equipped with a new cooling system called Hurricane Cooling 3.0, which includes 12V larger fans, four air outlets configurations, and five all-copper heat pipes. Plus, the laptop will also arrive in the Intel processor version.
