Refreshed Versions of AMD RDNA 2 Appears Overseas with Ridiculous Price Tags

We’re getting closer to AMD’s RDNA 2 upgrade than we believe. PC21.FR, a French retailer, has offered pricing for Radeon RX 6950 XT, 6750 XT, and 6650 XT graphics cards. They will compete with the top graphics cards on the market.
 
The Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT, and RX 6650 XT are supposedly included in the RDNA 2 upgrade. However, it’s unclear whether AMD intends to replace the current trio. It might be the case that the new SKUs would be offered as upgrades to their predecessors. According to speculations, the upgraded models would have faster clock speeds, 18 Gbps RAM, and a higher power limit. However, you should take the information with a grain of salt; we haven’t seen any persuasive evidence about the claimed specifications.

Seven RDNA 2 updated models were offered on PC21.FR, all from Sapphire’s camp. Due to a semiconductor shortage, numerous hardware merchants have been able to sell products at exorbitant costs. As a result, proceed with caution when looking at the listings.

AMD RDNA 2 New CPUs Pricing

Sapphire’s camp Radeon RX 6950 XT units start at $3,151 in the French store. Given that the merchant sells Radeon RX 6900 XT for half the price of Radeon RX 6950 XT, those are some ridiculous prices. Custom Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics cards cost between $1,150 and $2,436 in the United States, so the Radeon RX 6950 XT cannot command a 30% premium.

The Radeon RX 6750 XT and RX 6650 XT follow a similar pattern; the pricing is nearly twice as high as the Radeon RX 6700 Xt and RX 6600 XT at the same shop.
