Apple has begun to address some of the bugs that were discovered in the final version of iOS 15. Apple has rolled out a new update, version 15.0.1, to address your Apple Watch unlocking issues on some iPhone 13 models.
Only two weeks after the final version of iOS 15 was launched, Apple released a new version- the iOS 15.0.1. This software update is now available for download on the most recent iPhone 13 models, alongside any other iPhone device running on iOS 15. This update will also correct a bug that prevents iPhone 13 owners from unlocking their phones with an authenticated Apple Watch while wearing a mask.

How to install the iOS 15.0.1 update?
To install this update, go to Settings, click on General, and then tap on Software update. Apple has also resolved an issue that led the settings app to display an alert stating that your device’s storage is full. Plus, it has solved another problem that caused audio meditations on Apple Watch on Fitness+ to start a workout abruptly.
Overall, the update includes fixes for the following things:
- It’s possible that unlocking your iPhone using your Apple Watch won’t work for every iPhone 13 model.
- Notification indicating storage is full may be displayed improperly in the Settings app.
- For some Fitness+ customers, audio meditations could start a workout on Apple Watch.”
Apple hasn’t revealed when it will actually address the other vulnerabilities that impact iPhone models. Touch input, sensitivity issues in some apps, and some of the other issues affecting the iPhones. On top of that, users have also reported Mail app crashes, Apple Music, Widgets, and Spotify are consuming the iPhone’s battery too quickly. Fortunately, restarting your device generally resolves the Touch issue. In any event, we expect Apple to address all of these concerns in future iOS versions.
