iOS 15.1 Brings SharePlay To iPhones and iPads

Apple has introduced the new versions of iOS- the iOS 15.1, watchOS, and tvOS. They might release on the same day as that of the macOS Monterey.

SharePlay is the name of Apple’s suite of tools that allow you to watch synchronized streams of Apple TV+ episodes and Apple Fitness+ workouts with other callers in a FaceTime chat. Moreover, the company is also including an API that will allow third-party apps to offer the same functionality.

What’s more, the update is also carrying capabilities for ProRes video capture. It will add the same to the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. The feature was not available during the first launch. Besides that, it also includes the ability to save proof of COVID-19 immunization in the Wallet app. Other features include a toggle for automated camera switching when capturing macro photos and other big improvements.

Other enhancements and bug fixes for your iPhone include the ability to capture ProRes video with iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, as well as verified COVID-19 immunization cards in Apple Wallet.
