The interesting thing to note here is that chips with integrated GPUs are called APUs in the document. We already know AMD is working on Rembrandt APUs, which should be out soon with Zen 3 CPU & RDNA 2 GPU architecture.
Moreover, the AMD Raphael Zen 4 Desktop CPUs may also be referred to as APUs. Since they are based on Zen 4 core architecture and will feature RDNA 2 GPU. However, they will have limited models with iGPU enabled when compared to Rembrandt APUs.
Furthermore, the AM5 products will pack 4x additional PCIe Gen 4 lanes. These can be used to load either an x4 PCle slot or an M.2 slot. Plus, they can also be used to fuse them directly to a discrete USB4 controller. In some models, the x4 PCIe Gen 4 lanes will be used as a USB 4 hub that powering two thunderbolt ports with DP 2.0 support.
