Google Teases Pixel 6 Camera Specifications, Calls It The Best In The Market

The Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are the first phones to include first-party silicon. Many parts of the upcoming smartphones will benefit from the Tensor processor’s advanced AI and machine learning (ML). This includes the camera sensors hidden under the phone’s distinctive visor functionalities.

Pixel 6 camera features

The Pixel 6 and 6 Pro both include a 50MP “Octa PD Quad Bayer” sensor with a light sensitivity of up to 2.5 times that of the previous Pixel 5. It could help Night Sight make a comeback on the newer phones. The 6 Pro, on the other hand, is the only one with a 48MP zoom lens and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. They are upgrades over the previous version.

The Pro model’s new third lens sports a “folded” shape for 4x optical zoom or 20x Super Res Zoom. It is a hybrid form significantly informed by Google’s current algorithms for this purpose. The Mountain View behemoth has also brought back “ultrawide” selfies for this generation of Pixels. But the Pro model’s 94° field of view may be more effective than the vanilla model’s 84°. Both models, though, are certified to work with Google’s latest software-based camera tricks. This includes the new Magic Eraser, which can automatically propose removing unintended subjects like passing individual objects while leaving the background totally intact.

Moreover, Face Unblur is a new option that uses face recognition and locking to restore fuzzy characteristics to a fast-moving subject. Motion Mode operates in the other direction. What it does is automatically recognize elements in the background; that could be portrayed as spectacularly fast while leaving the foreground motionless.

The upcoming device also features Real Tone options. it was created to recognize and recreate a wider range of human skin tones as they appear in real life or as perceived by subjects or creators. Other features include Frequent Faces, Pixel-specific camera capabilities such as Top Shot, Portrait Mode, Astrophotography Timelapse, and Panorama.
