The Google Pixel 6 series is one of the most awaited series of 2021. Google has tweaking with the design as well as the hardware of the device. For instance, the upcoming pixel series will feature an in-house Tensor chipset. What’s more, now we have more details about the forthcoming Tensor chipset.
Details about Tensor Chipset
Digital Chat Station, a Chinese leaker, has revealed that the upcoming chipset will feature ARM Cortex-A1 CPU core; just like the Qualcomm and Samsung flagship chipset from this year. Nevertheless, the difference is that the Tensor chipset will have two of these cores while the other chipset had only one. The same was revealed in a post on Weibo.
Moreover, the leaker said that the processor will come equipped with two Cortex-X1 cores along with two high-performance cores. The former is clocked at 2.8 GHz while the latter is clocked at 2.25Ghz. On top of them, there are four efficiency cores clocked at 1.8GHz. Plus, there is a Mali-G78 GPU. We don’t know about the clock speeds of the GPU.
