iQOO 9 Series Introduced in India with 120W Charging

iQOO has introduced the iQOO 9 series in India including iQOO 9, iQOO 9 Pro, and iQOO 9 SE. Here is everything there is to know about the device.

iQOO 9 series specifications

The iQOO 9 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen that offers a refresh rate of 120Hz and peak brightness levels of 1,500 nits. It packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage. In the camera department, it features a triple-rear camera setup. The camera setup, includes a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP wide-angle lens, and a 16MP telephoto lens.

The next device on the list is the vanilla iQOO 9. It packs the SD 888+ chipset, a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, and a triple-camera setup. There is a difference in camera resolutions; it has a 48MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 13MP telephoto lens.

What’s more, both of the devices come equipped with 120W fast charging. However, there is a difference in battery capacities; the Pro variant has a 4,700mAh battery, while the regular variant has a 4,350mAh battery. They both also have support for 50W wireless charging.

The series also includes an iQOO 9 SE with Snapdragon 888 chipset. The device houses a triple-camera setup with a 48MP primary camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP monochrome lens. It is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 66W wired charging support.

Release and pricing

The iQOO 8 series will make its way to the Indian market on March 2 with pre-orders starting from February 23.

As for pricing, the Pro variant will ₹64,990 for the 8GB/256GB version and ₹69,990 for the 12GB/256GB version. Whereas, the iQOO 9 regular version will arrive with a price tag of ₹42,990 for the 8GB/128GB version and ₹46,990 for the 12GB/256GB version. Lastly, iQOO 9 SE will cost ₹33,990 for the 8GB/128GB version and ₹37,990 for the 12GB/256GB version.
