Realme GT2 Released in India With SD 888, 50MP Camera, and More

Realme released the Realme GT2 Pro earlier this month in India. What’s more, the company also revealed that it will release GT2 on its 4th anniversary in India. However, the company released the device earlier than expected. And we have brought everything there is to know about the device.

Realme GT2 Specifications

Display

The Realme GT2 includes a 6.62-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display also offers a 720Hz sampling rate and 1000Hz instantaneous touch. Plus, it features a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top for security. The screen also features a fingerprint sensor.

Specs

Under the hood, the Realme GT2 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. The SoC is coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for 65W flash charging. The device also includes a diamond ice core cooling system. It should prevent the device from overheating during long gaming hours.

Besides that, the device also features a free switching antenna, multifunctional NFC, and X-axis linear motor. Plus, it has Dolby Atmos dual speakers/Hi-Res sound quality certification, and Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0.

Cameras

For imaging, the Realme GT2 houses a 50MP flagship main camera, an 8MP 119-degree ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, it features a 16MP selfie camera.

Price in India and Availability

The Realme GT2 will arrive in different versions in India. The 8GB+128GB version will cost Rs 34,999. While the 12GB + 256GB version will arrive with a price tag of Rs 38,999. It should arrive in three color options-Paper Green, Paper White, and Steel Black. It will go on sale starting April 28 at 12 noon.
