Release Date For Moto Razr 2022 is Out !

The political drama between China and USA spilled over to the tech industry when Nancy Pelosi decided to visit Taiwan to show support against China. Lenovo which is the parent company of Motorola was caught in the middle of this political turmoil. Motorola had to reschedule the launch of their new devices Moto Razr 2022 and Moto Edge X30 from an earlier date to August 11. Earlier it was also reported that the launch was canceled but putting all the rumors aside the devices will now be launched on August 11.

According to the new teaser released for the Moto Razr 2022, the device will be launched on the said date. The teaser was shared by Chen Jin on social media. It mentioned the launch time as 2 PM on August 11. If we are to believe reports Moto Edge X30 Pro will also be launched on the same day. However, there has been no official confirmation yet. The sale of the smartphone will begin right after the completion of the launch event.

Moto Razr 2022 is Motorola’s third foldable device

Moto Razr 2022 will the third addition to the company’s line of foldable phones. The other two devices launched in 2020 and 2021 were basically the same but this new smartphone will be a better and more refined version of the earlier devices. The experts are expecting major design changes to make the smartphone more user-friendly. Better hardware is also expected to improve the performance of the device.

According to some leaks, the Moto Razr 2022 will feature a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels with a 6.67-inch OLED primary display. The phone will have 2 displays capable of folding to become one. The other display will be a solid 800×573 pixeled 2.65-inch OLED display. These leaks come from a noted tipster Mukul Sharma.

Inside the hood, this smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, the best in the game. There will be 3 variants available for purchase with different RAM set-ups. One will surely be an 18 Gigs RAM variant. These variants may also be differentiated according to internal storage options like 128 Gigs, 256 Gigs, and 512 Gigs.

Mukul also had some insight about the camera set-up and battery too. According to him the phone will work on a relatively smaller battery of 2660 mAh. While, the rear camera will be 50 Megapixels and the selfie camera will be a 32 Megapixel camera.
