The iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro are set to be released on January 5.

According to a newly leaked poster, the company will release the iQOO 9 series in China on January 5. The Vivo sub-brand has also teased the release of its forthcoming smartphone series, which may include the iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro. iQOO posted an image of the iQOO 9 in one of the smartphone’s color variants. A tipster also released a pair of pictures indicating the design of both phones.

iQOO announced on Weibo that the iQOO 9 series would be available in China soon. However, the debut date of the smartphone series, January 5, was revealed by a photograph provided by a well-known tipster, Panda is Bald (translated from Chinese). Furthermore, both photographs tease the design of the next smartphone, which might include the vanilla iQOO 9 and the iQOO 9 Pro. There is no word yet on when smartphones will be available in India.

The photographs depict the rear of an iQOO 9 smartphone. The camera island looks to house a triple rear camera system with the phrases “Ultra Sensing” and optical image stabilization (OIS). The device is depicted in white with the iQOO Red, Indigo, and Blue stripes.

In addition, the tipster Digital Chat Station released photographs of the vanilla iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro via a Weibo post. The photographs depict what appears to be the forthcoming smartphone’s design, which is identical to iQOO’s teaser image. The tipster’s photographs, however, include a dragon-shaped pattern in Grey, as well as iQOO’s logo.

The source also revealed some details on the iQOO 9 series earlier this week. The Samsung E5 OLED panels of both phones are stated to be 6.78 inches. The standard iQOO 9 will have a flat-screen, while the iQOO 9 Pro will have a curved screen.
