Vivo is gearing up to release the T1x smartphone in India. Specifically, the company will release the device today at 12:00 PM. What’s more, a recent leak has offered us pricing details for the device, just before the launch.

Vivo T1x Specifications
Before talking about the pricing, it is important to note that initially, reports suggested that the company might release a different variant than what is released in Malaysia. The latter came equipped with a triple rear camera setup. On the other hand, the former will house a dual rear camera setup. The same report also talked about the purported specs of the device. According to the report, the Vivo T1x will feature a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz.

Under the hood, it will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. Moreover, it will also pack a 5,000mAh battery. Notably, the phone also features something called virtual memory. We will talk about this another time in detail.
Furthermore, the device will also feature VEG (Vivo Energy Guardian) tech. Vivo claims that it promotes better battery life and prevents battery damage during overheating.
Pricing
The Vivo T1x might arrive at a starting price of 11,999 INR for the 4GB+64GB model. It is worth mentioning that the Malaysian variant was released for 649 MYR, which is roughly equal to 146 Dollars.
The Indian pricing suggests that the Indian variant will be a watered-down variant of what was released in Malaysia. We will have to wait to see the pricing of the higher-end variant. That said, it is likely the company might skip that device altogether in India.
