Vivo’s X70 series phones, including Vivo X70 Pro+, which made their global debut earlier this month, have now been released in India to compete with Xiaomi, Samsung, and OnePlus’ top Android phones.
Vivo X70 Pro+ Specifications
The Vivo X70 Pro+ features a big Samsung E5 AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It has 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage and is powered by Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 888+ SoC.
Furthermore, the X70 Pro+ features a remarkable quad-lens system that was “co-engineered” with ZEISS in the photography department. In the camera department, it has a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GN1 sensor, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide gimbal camera, an 8-megapixel periscope zoom lens with 5x optical zoom, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens.
The phone also utilizes a proprietary Professional Imaging Chip V1, and all four sensors include OIS. On the front, the X70 Pro+ has a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.

Moreover, the phone also features a 4,500mAh battery, 55W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, IP68 dust, and a water-resistant rating. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset powers the X70 Pro, making it a budget flagship. It boasts a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with the same high 120Hz refresh rate.
The phone’s quad-lens Zeiss camera system employs a modified version of Sony’s 50MP IMX766V sensor on the back. An 8MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom, a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens are all included.
A 4,450mAh battery with 44W charging capabilities, a 32MP selfie camera, and an IR blaster round out the features. On the software front, both X70 series phones run Funtouch OS 12, which is based on Android 11.
Pricing
In India, two versions of the Vivo X70 Pro will be offered. The 8GB/128GB model costs ₹49,990, while the 12GB/256GB model costs₹52,990. The X70 Pro+ costs ₹79,990. The X70 Pro will be available in India starting on October 7, with the X70 Pro+ following on October 12.
