In India, Xiaomi has released the Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G flagship phone. In December 2021, the handset was first officially confirmed in China. The device later made its way to other global markets. Design and Display
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a premium appearance thanks to its curved display on the front. At the top center of the screen, there is a camera cutout.
Moreover, the device’s fingerprint-resistant back shell features a rectangle-shaped camera module with the main camera on top and the remaining cameras with LED flash underneath.
The 12 Pro features an E5 AMOLED display with LPTO technology that has gained DisplayMate’s A+ certification. The 6.73-inch screen has a Quad HD+ resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels, 10-bit colors, DCI-P3 color gamut, 1,500 nits of brightness, a touch sampling rate of up to 480Hz, and a 1Hz–120Hz adjustable refresh rate.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphone platform powers the Xiaomi 12 Pro. Additionally, the device also features up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.The device has a huge VC liquid cooling unit with a surface area of 2,900mm2 for heat dissipation.
Furthermore, the Xiaomi 12 Pro has a 4,600mAh battery with 120W fast charging capabilities. With the rapid charging technology; the smartphone can be fully charged in just 18 minutes, according to the company. The 12 Pro is packed with Xiaomi’s own P1 chip; it not only prevents energy loss but also aids in effective charging. The Xiaomi flagship also supports wireless charging at 50 watts and reverse wireless charging at 10 watts.
