A new rumor has surfaced about the next iteration of the Apple iPhone. The Apple iPhone 14 could have 8GB of RAM, according to the latest rumors. Besides that, the rumor also suggests that Apple could employ a bit more RAM and a better camera combination. It is worth noting that the US-based trillion-dollar firm has been unwilling to use more RAM and a large capacity battery for many iPhone iterations now.
Apple’s iPhone 13 series featured 6GB of RAM and 128GB of minimum internal storage. However, the iPhone 14 could come equipped with 2GB more RAM.
Previously, Apple iPhone 12 series had a model with 6GB of RAM but 64GB of internal storage. However, the 64GB model was dropped in favor of a 128GB base model in the iPhone 13 series.

Apple will tweak with the design of the iPhone 14
What’s more, Apple might also tweak a few design elements of the iPhone 14 series. Reports suggest Apple will reportedly drop the iPhone 14 Mini in favor of four new iPhones: the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Max, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Moreover, the next generation of iPhones could come with a punch-hole display instead of the previously used notch display. The iPhone 14 might include a 120Hz refresh rate panel, according to certain reports.
Under the hood, the Apple iPhone 14 will use a next-generation processor. Specifically, a 4nm A16 Bionic processor might be used. According to news rumors, Apple might retire the 128GB variant as well in favor of 256GB as the standard storage option. However, this seems unlikely.
Meanwhile, Apple is preparing to unveil the iPhone SE 3’s third generation, which is expected to enter global markets next month. Although no formal confirmation has been issued, the Apple iPhone SE 3 2022 is also likely to receive updates.
