All iPhone 14 models will have 6GB of RAM, according to analysts, but the underlying technology will be significantly different

According to Ming-Chi Kuo of TF International Securities, the iPhone 14 and 14 Max will feature A15 Bionic. Kuo’s prognosis is surprising because, even as early as 2021; there were numerous speculations indicating that Apple would employ different chipsets for its ‘Pro’ models.

What’s more, Kuo didn’t go into the details about Apple’s decision to employ the A16 Bionic only for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, it could be tied to the existing chip scarcity. He also adds that all iPhone 14 models will have 6GB RAM this year; with the ‘Pro’ versions receiving the latest LPDDR5 memory and the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max receiving LPDDR4X.

The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max might include 8GB of RAM, according to a prior report; but Apple has yet to confirm whether it will use the current LPDDR5 standard. Furthermore, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will get a punch-hole-style front-facing camera; while the other versions will keep the notch.
