Microsoft Edge 98 now features a few additional features, such as support for the “Edge Bar.” For nearly a year, Microsoft has been testing Edge Bar. It is targeted to make finding websites and navigating the web on Windows 11 and Windows 10 easier than ever.
It is worth mentioning that the Edge bar is one of the major features of Microsoft Edge 98. Edge bar is a floating and sticky widget that makes it easy to jump to your favorite websites quickly. What’s more, Edge Bar is pinned to the right side of the screen by default; it appears as a sidebar that can be integrated into your desktop.
Edge Bar’s default panel provides a personalized news feed. It is somewhat similar to the News and Interests feed in Windows 10 or the Widget board in Windows 11. You may tailor the bar according to your interest; you can include news about entertainment, sports, technology, stocks, or anything else that you like.

Additionally, Microsoft offers you the ability to further personalize your feed by liking a specific item. You may also use the like and dislike buttons to view more or less on a specific topic. Edge Bar is a floating widget, which means you may choose and drag it to any part of the screen.
Furthermore, there’s a Bing-powered search bar where you can quickly look for information on the internet without loading a browser. Since the Edge Bar is customizable, you can add your own tabs to it. To add a new feed to the Edge Bar, you just need to click the + symbol.
