Windows 11 is suffering from yet another bug causing incorrect color rendering. The most common issue is white being shown as yellow in some HDR monitors while running some image editors.
According to Tom’s Hardware, Microsoft is scrutinizing the issue actively. In fact, the company has already flagged up the issue in a support document. The document contains the lists of currently known issues in Windows 11.

Microsoft is working on a possible Color bug fix
As per Microsoft, the color bug is affecting those with Windows 11 version 21H2. It further adds that the company is working on a possible fix right now. The fix might arrive by the end of January. Therefore, if you are suffering from the same issue, you won’t have to wait for long. That said, experiencing a bright yellow out of nowhere on your computer screen can be quite distracting. Anyways, we will receive a fix possibly next month. Moreover, the bug is limited to a select set of Windows 11 users, which again is a good thing.
This color bug might be niche released. However, we cannot deny the fact that Windows 11 is suffering from quite a list of bugs, as we have discussed in earlier articles. It is without a doubt quite disappointing to see this many glitches popping up. Out of all the bugs, the bugs that affect the fundamental parts of the system suggest that the company released the OS before it was fully prepared. We were hoping that Windows 11 will change the bug-ridden image of Windows 10. However, Windows 11 appears to create more headaches for the users.
